Building Maintenance

The building maintenance team for Pottsgrove School District consists of 5 full-time maintenance technicians who are assigned throughout the District. Responsible for the day-to-day general repairs as well as the preventative maintenance program, the building maintenance team is well trained in HVAC, electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs as well as key management, card access, life safety systems and pest control.

The building maintenance team is very proactive in striving to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Through our computer generated work order system we have the ability to track open work requests, manage work order history and analyze the timeliness of completion of requests.

The building maintenance team strives to maintain a high level of safety as they approach their job responsibilities in a professional and friendly manner.
